Only the University Executive is authorised to conclude contracts. The same applies to the signing of declarations of support, confidentiality and cooperation agreements, or letters of intent. Signatures are obtained by Department III – Research Services.
Department V/1 – Legal Affairs will assist you in drafting contracts and conducting contract negotiations.
Reporting is primarily the responsibility of the project management. However, if interim/final reports need to be signed by the university management in order to be legally binding, we will be happy to assist you in accordance with the research funding procedure. The Department VII/3 – Research Funding will help you with proof of use.
