Only the University Executive is authorised to conclude contracts. The same applies to the signing of declarations of support, confidentiality and cooperation agreements, or letters of intent. Signatures are obtained by Division III – Research Services.
Section V/1 – Legal Affairs will assist you in drafting contracts and conducting contract negotiations.
Reporting is primarily the responsibility of the project management. However, should interim or final reports need to be signed by the University Executive in a legally binding manner, we will be happy to assist you in accordance with the Research Funding Procedure. For statements of expenditure, please contact Section VII/3 – Research Finance.
