A new collective agreement was finalised on 9 December 2023.
As a result of this, student employees will receive a minimum hourly wage of €13.25 from the start of summer semester 2024, rising to €13.98 at the start of summer semester 2025. The minimum duration of such employment relationships is 1 year; shorter or longer periods can still be agreed, but only if there are specific grounds for doing so.
