Surveys are proven quality management tools that can be used to recognise strengths and potential for improvement. Measures can then be derived and implemented.
An important part of quality assurance is the systematic recording of students' experiences, suggestions and criticism during all qualification phases. In order to achieve a holistic view along the student life cycle, students in all qualification phases are surveyed by Department I/1 - Quality Development.
Unit I/1 - Quality Development supports all institutions of the University of Passau in the organisation and implementation of written surveys that serve to further develop the quality of studies and teaching.
