What is it about?

Students work with YoungCaritas to develop workshops on the UN's 17 sustainability goals. The concepts they develop are not just left to gather dust in a drawer, but are used directly in schools and with youth groups to raise awareness among young people about sustainable behavior. The students contribute their ideas, try out methods, and gain practical experience in educational work.

What do I have to do?

  • Helping to design workshops: contributing ideas, preparing content, trying out methods.
  • Running workshops: guiding and supporting students and youth groups.
  • Developing materials: creating worksheets, presentations, or creative materials.
  • Public relations: Designing campaigns, social media posts, or informational materials to raise awareness of the project.
  • Evaluation and feedback: Following up on workshops, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements.

What you should bring to the table:

  • Language skills: Good written and spoken German or English.
  • Interest in educational work: Motivation to support and encourage young people.
  • Creativity and methodological skills: Ability to contribute ideas and apply educational methods.
  • Affinity for sustainability: Enthusiasm for sustainable projects and the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Teamwork and communication skills: Openness to actively participate in a team and convey content in an understandable way.
